I'm so glad you are here
As someone who personally deals with anxiety and has struggled with depression, I have developed an open mind and keen interest in different healing modalities. I completed my Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator Training in 2024 and am also a certified 200hr Hatha RYT and Yin Certified instructor. I love learning various styles and practices from diverse teachers with unique outlooks and backgrounds.
I’m passionate about exploring different approaches to healing and wellbeing, which led me on a three-year journey across the US and Canada in a campervan with my guy and our sweet pup. These experiences have opened my mind and really served as a reminder that the practice of breathwork and yoga gets to be different and look different and that our healing isn't linear.
Today, I offer tools and resources to help you cultivate a deeper connection with yourself. I empower you to trust your inner knowing and embrace your unique path to healing. Holding space and connecting with breathers through this practice is an honor and a privilege.

WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Breathwork is conscious breathing.
Breathwork involves cultivating awareness of your natural breath. As a bottom-up healing modality, it supports you in changing your state, which in turn, transforms your story. By practicing breathwork, you become more present in your body, enabling it to move energy and emotions effectively. This practice helps you get out of your head and connect deeply with your body, intuition, and all aspects of yourself.

WHAT TO EXPECT
In these 1:1 sessions, you will be guided through a personalized experience. Whether you're new to breathwork or seasoned, the session is designed to be safe, healing, and restorative. This individualized approach ensures that the breathwork practice meets your specific needs (this is totally up to you, and can range from, release, rest, joy, self-love, calm, energizing, abundance, clarity and so much more....really, the "intention" is a desired state or experience) fostering a deeper connection and more profound healing. Together, we create a safe and nurturing space for you to explore and transform through the power of your breath. After your session, you'll feel lighter, calmer, and more in tune with yourself.
